Control your charging sessions remotely, at any time, with the Qovoltis mobile app. Just set up your needs (in kWh), your departure time, and charge mode and let it do the rest.
In optimized mode, the Qovoltis chargers adapt to electricity price fluctuations ensuring a charge at the lowest rates at all times.
Developed by Qovoltis, the Qometer regulates your charging session based on your real-time house’s power consumption. Associated to the charging terminal, the Qometer is easily placed in the house’s electric meter and will avoid any power outages.
In other words, when your house’s electrical grid is being used by household appliances for example:
The Qometer reduces the charging power attributed to your EV to avoid any power outage;
Inversely, when your electric consumption reduces, the Qometer uses the maximum available power to charge your EV.
The Qovoltis terminal is the only one that uses the PLC technology (Power Line Communication).
This technology uses the electrical wiring of your home and allows the transmission of data up to 500m from the PLC equipment to the internet modem (while wifi only has a range of 100 m without obstacles), and facilitates the installation of your charger.
This way, your charger will always be connected without having to install additional Ethernet cables from the charger to your modem, an elegant solution that allows you to control your charge using our application from anywhere!
In an underground parking lot or with concrete walls, the PLC technology enables the communication with your charger without any additional equipment and even without mobile network coverage.
